Thank you for your interest in joining us as a vendor for this exciting occasion: the THIRD YEAR of HUDSON VALLEY VEGFEST! We are overjoyed to again be building this large scale, 100% vegan celebration and showcase for the HV on OCTOBER 19th & 20th, 2019, and set to take place at BSP KINGSTON in Kingston, NY. We can't wait for people from across the Hudson Valley to discover your vegan and ethical products, services, charitable work, crafts and teachings.

VENUE DETAILS

We are in a new venue for 2019 and it is fantastic: Over 15,000 square feet of raw space in a cultural venue. BSP is a first class music space in a revived vintage theater hall and has hosted some of today’s most exciting new music artists. The space features A/C, indoor restrooms, sinks (for kitchen demos) and there are several nearby parking lots, as well as public transportation access (U-Cart bus line and the NYC Trailways bus station are just a few blocks away in walking distance!) Being the only indoor large vegan showcase in the Hudson Valley means the celebration can go on rain or shine. The venue is perfectly situated, a popular destination in the Hudson Valley, as well as being a quick and affordable bus ride from New York City for all the urbanites who will want to join us for a beautiful Fall vegan day or weekend outside of city limits. Aside from our own marketing plan, we will be cross-promoted to the built-in audience that already comes with the BSP venue: Whether you are local or from far away, big or small, your vegan business or organization will be a welcome and joyful addition to this exciting third year of Hudson Valley Vegfest!

VENDOR RATES 2019

Please note: rates listed here are for TWO DAYS, i.e. Event Weekend:

 
 

✷✷✷COMMUNITY: We have a limited number of SLIDING SCALE and ONE-DAY VENDOR slots. These will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on space availability, and are designated for single-maker (zero staff besides self), NON-FOOD artisans, activists and crafts-people only. Please don’t hesitate to be in touch via the contact links on this page to learn more.

Included in ALL booth packages:

  • 6 x 8 Booth size* (Larger options available if you’d like to combine more than one space.)

  • Pipe and Drape** (most booths will have two sides and back, some will have wall space, and some will just have low walls & back, depending on booth location. Speak to a representative for details.)

  • Electrical Access (food vendors will have enough electrical access to power equipment. Non-food vendors will have nearby access to power small devices)

  • One 6 foot table with white vinyl top and skirting around table.

  • Two Chairs

  • Wastebasket
