OUR VENUE IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE.

PLEASE NOTE: General Admission fee covers your access to the full days’ presentations, performances, films, cooking demos and offerings - and access to the incredibly fun vendor hall full of delicious foods, amazing companies and inspiring organizations! You can come and go all day, just keep on your festival wristband and show it at the door. We’ve worked hard to keep admission as low as possible (cheaper than a movie ticket) and provide free access to those on food assistance. And meanwhile, this event raises crucial funds for the animal rescue and advocacy of The Institute for Animal Happiness! Any of the vendor offerings (foods, products, etc.) are charged for by each vendor themselves, separately. Many vendors and companies do offer free samples!

DAY ONE:
SATURDAY 11 AM - 6 PM

Schedule to be announced!

DAY TWO:
SUNDAY 12 PM - 5 PM

Schedule to be announced!

Important note about dogs:

Our venue is able to accommodate well-behaved, calm canine visitors! But please note: a festival can be a crowded and stressful place for non-humans and we encourage you to leave them at home where it is peaceful. If that is not possible, please do not leave dogs in your cars! They are welcome inside the venue but you are solely responsible for them, cleaning up after them, and making sure they are in your watchful care at all times.

Directions & PARKING:

FOR NYC attendees and those Traveling to KINGSTON via PINE HILL/ADIRONDACK TRAILWAYS:

Traveling BY CAR:

PARKING:

See Map to the right. Some of these lots are paid (metered) public/municipal parking lots. We most recommend the lot at Fair Street and Schwenk Drive. It is down a small hill (there are also stairs at the rear of the lot up to the street, and the electronic meter is there as well). You may want to drop persons in wheelchairs or with mobility issues off at the venue first due to the incline/stairs, and then park. You can download the Woosh! app to pay easily and it is $1/hour (or bring quarters! But the app is helpful if you decide to linger at the festival or in Kingston. Simply put more on your meter via the app).

Lodging:

PLEASE NOTE: It definitely pays to plan early and we recommend booking your accommodations as soon as you can!!! The festival takes place in prime Autumn leaf season. Here are some favorite vegan spots. Not all are necessarily close to the venue, so refer to local hotel/motel/B&B listings as well!

  • THE HUNGRY GHOST - We love this Vegan B&B in New Paltz! Very accessible to venue.

  • RED ROBIN SONG GUESTHOUSE - All Vegan B&B in East Chatham! (Not close to venue, but if you are making this a weekend vacation, this place is also a sanctuary for rescued animals. They specialize in rehabbing and giving haven to Beavers!)

  • More listings to come!
